When do you need to say ENOUGH…or when do you feel SATISFIED?!

The word ENOUGH can have many meanings for us…
…When your mind is spinning…and you’ve had ENOUGH
…When your belly feels satisfied or full…you’ve had ENOUGH
…When holding a blessing in your life…the sensation of ENOUGH

Enough of this
Enough of that
Evoking the word ENOUGH can feel
Positive 🥰
Negative 😖

Enough in the mind, the endless mental chatter
Enough in the belly, feelings of overfull or fully satisfied
Enough…just the right amount of
smiles, joy, summer vacation
laughter, snuggles, hope, gifts
peaches…strawberries…cucumbers
Juice of life
Flow of creation
ENOUGH lives effortlessly in the natural world
All creatures intuitively know…ENOUGH

Consider how you feel when you sense you have ENOUGH?

When was the last time you said…ENOUGH 😖!!?

Or…enough 🥰, with a fullness, happiness, satisfied smile?

For me, shouting to myself in my mind when I hear an overabundance of sounds or noises…AND when I sit, pool-side, smiling, heart full, watching my little Pisces swimming like the fish she was born to be.
